Jerry Lynn has spent 28 years in senior living. She left the corporate side because the part she loved most was the residents—and every promotion moved her further away from them. A Certified Alzheimer’s Disease & Dementia Care Trainer, she trains our care staff herself and chose a home where she could know all fifteen residents by name.
She lives on campus by choice, which means she is here when a resident needs her at 2 a.m.—not on call from across town.Administrator

While working in a nursing home, she found real beauty in caring for older adults—but she also saw too few caregivers responsible for too many people. Danielle & Drew Pointer
Danielle and Drew bring years of caregiving experience and a steady, trusted presence to Tranquil Oaks. When a resident feels lonely or is having a difficult moment, Danielle first looks for what that person may need—perhaps soft music, a warm back rub, or quiet time outside beneath the oak trees listening to the birds. She stays for as long as it takes.
It is not simply a technique; it is how she would want someone to care for her own grandparents. Drew brings that same warmth, patience, and respect to the residents he serves.Caregivers

Our smaller residential setting allows our team to become familiar with each resident’s routines, preferences, and changing needs. We provide respectful assistance with daily activities, medication support, mobility, meals, and personal care while encouraging residents to maintain as much independence as possible.
